Differenza fra queste due schede video

Ciao a tutti, vorrei sapere quali differenze di prestazioni ci sono fra queste due schede video e quale voi scegliereste indipendentemente dall'uso che dovreste farne:

La GT640 ha praticamente il doppio della potenza di calcolo della 630.
Su una schedina del genere 4Gb di memoria sono praticamente inutili, anzi nella maggior parte dei casi lo sono anche 2Gb.
Il problema della 640 è che costa quanto una HD7750, più potente (il triplo rispetto alla 630) e che monta GDDR5 (1Gb ma va benissimo a questi livelli) nella maggior parte dei casi (ci sono anche versioni con DDR3).
