ssd 1.8 zif.... adattatore flash o hard disk ?

devo sostituire un hd 1.8 zif da un portatile vecchiotto.
meglio un qualsiasi ssd (anche da 16-32 è ok) oppure un adattatore di quelli che ci infili dentro le compact flash ?
non vorrei spendere sopra 60 €
