Consiglio configurazione pc assemblato

Ciao a tutti,
voglio creare un computer senza grandi aspettative che sia veloce e malleabile per il futuro.
Pensavo a questa configurazione qui, spendendo il meno possibile. Che ne dite?
Unica cosa certa: dual-boot Win 7 / Ubuntu.
Ho buona padronanza dell'informatica.

CPU: AMD Athlon II X2 240 2.8GHz Socket AM3 65W Regor Tray ADX240OCK23GM 37,00eur
MoBo: ASROCK AM3 N68-VS3 UCC (serve ventola x cpu?) 33,25eur
s/a: integrata

RAM: KINGSTON DDR3 4GB (1x4GB) 1333MHZ CL9 Value Ram 15,36eur
Alim: LC-Power LC420H-8 oKabel 400w 16,11eur
Case: ce l'ho già

Totale: 101,72eur + spese di spedizione.
NOn mi sembra male.

Anyway prendi una singola stecca da 4GB. In futuro ne potrai aggiungere un'altra.

grazie di avermi risposto così velocemente.
L'impiego del sistema in questione sarebbe relativo alla semplice navigazione, office, qualche gioco senza particolari lodi grafiche e alla funzione di file-server.

Leggo nelle specifiche della scheda madre che
"...Memory - Dual Channel DDR3 memory technology
- 2 x DDR3 DIMM slots
- Supports DDR3 1600/1333/1066/800 non-ECC, un-buffered memory
- Max. capacity of system memory: 8GB*
*Due to the operating system limitation, the actual memory size may be less than 4GB for the reservation for system usage under Windows® 32-bit OS. For Windows® 64-bit OS with 64-bit CPU, there is no such limitation."

Considerato quindi che il processore che ho scelto è a 64-bit non ci sarebbero problemi, immagino, se comprassi un unico banco di memoria RAM KINGSTON DDR3 4GB (1x4GB) 1333MHZ CL9 Value Ram da 15,36eur (curiosamente risparmiando 2 euro totali, facendo il confronto con i due banchi da 2GB che avevos critto all'inizio).
Va tutto bene, fin qui? E' chiaro che non sarebbe un computer-scheggia, ma ci sarebbe sicuramente di peggio a questo mondo :)
Il raffreddamento della CPU come lo otterrei? Non ho trovato informazioni alla pagina delle specifiche della MoBO in questione (http://www.asrock.com/mb/NVIDIA/N68-VS3%20UCC/?cat=Specifications)

Alor, vedo adesso che hai elencato un processore fornito TRAY cioè senza dissipatore. Devi acquistarne uno quindi. Prendi un arctic cooling che non costano molto e fanno il loro porco lavoro. Altrimenti prendi il processore in formato BOXED che ha il dissipatore amd.

Ok cambierei processore:
AMD AM3 AthlonII X2 270 Box 50,81eur, spendendo quindi 13 euro in più per un totale di 115 euro circa + spese spediz.

Per quanto riguarda la RAM, leggo sulla pagina ufficiale della scheda madre in questione (http://www.asrock.com/mb/NVIDIA/N68-VS3%20UCC/?cat=Specifications) che:

quindi direi che ci siamo!
