La mia domanda č molto semplice: in ambito puramente "gaming" esiste una differenza tra un processore sandy e uno ivy? ad esempio qeullo da 3,1 Ghz ke esiste nelle 2 versioni.

l'uso ke faccio del mio pc č gaming, quasi esclusivamente...quindi vorrei sapere se devo prendere un processore sandy o ivy.

se non c'č tutta sta differenza per il gaming, prendo il sandy ke costa di meno.

prendi pure il sandy bridge e vai tranquillo.

No, nei giochi cpu dipendenti avresti al massimo un 5% di prestazioni in pių, mentre nel resto dei giochi andresti uguale.

A livello prestazionale sandy ed ivy sono praticamente la stessa cosa, a questo giro si sono concentrati pių sulla grafica integrata e sulla riduzione del tdp invece che sull'ipc dei cores x86

infatti prendi sandy bridge, i nuovi ivy non sono migliorati di molto
