Salve raga!
Lo scorso anno ho scelto il servizio di hosting condiviso di GoDaddy per un sito.
Prontamente avevo disattivato l'opzione "Auto Renew".
Nonostante questo adesso mi ritrovo con un messaggio che avvisa che c'è stato un errore con una fattura di un prodotto scaduto: Your product have failed billing. Renew Now!
Ho provato a chiedere anche la differenza fra due termini che loro usano per i loro prodotti, cioè recurring e auto renew, e questa è stata la risposta:
A recurring product has a set duration and must be renewed to continue. Automatic renewal is what happens with the auto-renewal setting is enabled for the product and the products reaches it's expiration date.
Controllando il pannello di controllo ho avuto la conferma che l'opzione Auto Renew non è attiva. :muro:
A questo punto non ci sto capendo più nulla perché c'è un altro messaggio che dice ciò:This account has an outstanding balance. Bring your account current to avoid account termination.
