Tutti sappiamo che invertire il montaggio delle ventole in un case porta un peggioramento delle temperature interne, ma di quanto?
Questo test nasce da un errore di montaggio dovuto alla fretta di provare ventole e vga nuova :doh: :D
La prova è fatta con questa configurazone:
Ventole: 2 x120mm AEROCOOL SHARK dark red (Entrambe monitorate da FAN1)
Dissipatore cpu: ARTIC FREEZE 64 pwm (monitorato da FAN0)
Cpu: ATHLON II X2 250 @3600 Mhz @1.30v
Scheda madre: ASUS M3A78-T,
Ram: 2x1024Mb OCZ 6400 cas4 @2.1v
Scheda video: SAPPHIRE HD6850 1Gb
Hard Disk: 2x320Gb sata WD blue raid0
Hard Disk: SEAGATE 500Gb JBOD
Masterizzatore: PIONEER DVD-Rw 218 sata
Alimentatore: CORSAIR VX450
Case: THERMALTAKE Matrix VX.
Cosa succede se montiamo le ventole con i flussi d'aria invertiti rispetto alla configurazione classica?
Ventola frontale: ESPULSIONE
Ventola posteriore: IMMISSIONE

Rimontando le ventole in maniera tradizionale il risultato è questo.
(Da notare la velocità delle ventole che così sono molto silenziose)

Quindi 7° in meno sul processore e 5° in meno sul Northbridge in idle, non ho misurazioni in full load ma potete immaginare :)
LA MORALE DI QUESTO POST E' MOLTO SEMPLICE:
Quando assemblate il vostro Pc fate attenzione a come montate le ventole.
