Aiuto OC e BIOS Llano

Salve a tutti,

sono nel marasma più totale. Ho letto molte guide per principianti per iniziare a fare overclock ma quando sono arrivato alla pagina del mio bios mi sono perso. Questo perché non ritrovo i parametri da configurare.
Ecco che chiedo il vostro gentile aiuto:
1. Chi può aiutarmi a configurare bene il BIOS?
2. Da dove debbo partire per fare overclock?

Le uniche cose che so sono:
1. Impostare su "AI Tweaker" - "Ai Overclock Tuner" su Manuale
2. Aumentare di 10Mhz per volta, poi, se il sistema diventa instabile, aumentare di 0,025V. E così via.
3. Poi passare alla RAM e infine al CPU VCore.
