Errore installazione WIN7 - IBSLIB CreateSetupBlackboard:Failed to create/open

Salve a tutti,

sto tentando di installare WIN7 su un SSD nuovo di pacca ma il setup si blocca dopo la copia dei file dal DVD e al primo riavvio dando un: "errore sconosciuto".

Leggendo i file di log accedendo da un'altra installazione XP si trova questo messaggio:

qualcuno sa che vuol puo' voler dire?

I file di installazione copiati ci sono, solo fallisce il setup all'avvio.

Googlando un po' ho letto che potrebbe essere perche' non e' possibile installare direttamente dall'HD, ma e' l'installazione stessa che copia tutto in HD dal DVD quindi non saprei come fare altrimenti...

Ravanando dei log ho trovato questo:
