Crash schermata blu?!

Avevo messo il computer in modalità stanby e sono tornata dopo mezz'ora, subito dopo è uscita la schermata blu..

Il problema potrebbe essere di un driver o di alcuni driver non aggiornati

Però non dice qual'è il driver ( Unknown) e tanto meno del software di cui fa parte, che ha causato il problema .

Nelle conclusioni del report dice che son stati trovati e analizzati questi due crah e che è fortemente consigliato l'aggiornamento dei drivers........: unknown ;)

Però non è detto che il problema sia dovuto al driver o ai drivers o che la causa sia dovuta al caricamento in un altro modulo o di un altro modulo:

Quando avvii il pc ti dà problemi ?

Prova a disabilitare tutte le voci che trovi in Utilità configurazione di sistema alla voce Avvio .

Digita msconfig e ti si apre la videata di Utilità config di sistema .

Poi le abiliti un aalla volta e riavvii il pc .

per vedere se ti dice qualcosa di più sui drivers o su qualche software prova anche ad andare nel visualizzatore eventi alal voce Applicazione e anch ealla voce Sistema .

Guarda negli errori .

Per aprire il Visualizzatore eventi digita dalla finestra Start/esegui eventvwr .

Facendo doppio click sull'errore che hai selezionato ti si apre una finestra più descrittiva più dettagliata sull' errore stesso .

Al riavvio non ho riscontrato nessun problema. Come li aggiorno i drivers?
Nel visualizatore eventi non è annotato niente!

Bisogna vedere che driver ha la necessità se ce l'ha, di essere aggiornato .

Però a essere sincero non so se possa o meno essere colpa di un driver o di più driver come detto anche nel report in inglese di WhoCrashed .
