Ubuntu 10.04: sorgenti duplicati, che fare?

salve!

è da un po' di tempo che quando eseguo un sudo apt-get update mi restituisce
W: Duplicate sources.list entry http://archive.canonical.com/ubuntu/ lucid/partner Packages (/var/lib/apt/lists/archive.canonical.com_ubuntu_dists_lucid_partner_binary-amd64_Packages)
e mi dice di eseguire "sudo apt-get update" per risolvere, cosa che avrei appena fatto.. ;)

non è che poi non funzioni, ma è seccante. Come la risolvo?

però non mi pare ci siano voci correlate con quell' errore.
Nel messaggio, poi, dice in /var/lib/apt/lists, ho provato a guardare e in effetti c'è un file con quel nome: l'ho cancellato, ma niente..
