Salve a tutti.
Avrei bisogno di un software free che permettesse, non solo di limitare la velocità di connessione ad internet (o in generale alla rete eternet) per ogni singolo PC (su cui è installato) ma che mi dia la possibilità di configurare tale velocità tale velocità per ogni singolo programma.
Per farvi capire meglio quello che intendo c'è un programma che ho trovato che fà tutto ciò ed è BWMeter. il problema di questo programma è che è a pagamento ed io lo devo installare su 3 PC.
