Software antifurto PC

Ciao a tutti,

ho letto di un software che se installato sul computer permette, in caso di furto, di inviare in remoto foto dell'utilizzatore e le coordinate nelle quali si trova.

Qualcuno è in grado di darmi maggiori informazioni al riguardo?

Grazie MILLE x_Master_x, sembra proprio che faccia tutto quello che avevo letto in quell'articolo! Lo provo subito! ;)

Basta un qualsiasi keylogger per percepire immagini dello schermo o i tasti battuti ed inviare queste informazioni ad un indirizzo di posta elettronica o server con indirizzo IP statico.
In realtà per mandare le immagini del ladro serve una webcam, ed il software deve essere in grado di catturare le immagini prodotte dalla webcam (webcam-logger?!).
Di fatto uno spreco di risorse, dato che basta che il presunto ladro connetta il pc ad internet, il softare ti invia l'IP di connessione (IPS, ecc...) e con quelli basta chiedere al provider di fornire i dati :D

Tuttavia non sapendo quando ti ruberanno il pc, il software dovrebbe essere in azione sempre, cosa che renderebbe molto appetibile agli hacker le informazioni inviate sempre al server (ovvero entrano in atto i ladri che non ti rubano il pc, ma le informazoni generate dal software antiladri :doh: ).

Di fatto se il ladro ruba il pc può sempre formattare il computer, cancellando in questo modo qualsiasi software, anche quello per le funzioni antifurto.
In effetti il sistema dell'articolo a cui fai riferimento era una protezione hardware e non software.
Ma anche questo è aggirabile, semplicemente rimuovendo il pezzo dal case del pc :stordita:

L'unico sistema è forse un bios preconfigurato che si avvia solo se presente quel pezzo hardware ... ed al primo malfunzionamento della periferica hardware di protezione butti via il pc con i preziosi dati da proteggere.
