o l'ottimo foobar http://www.foobar2000.org/download che converte anche, devi però scaricarti anche l'encoder da qui (http://www.free-codecs.com/Lame_Encoder_download.htm) (estrai lame.exe dall'archivio e lo metti nella cartella di foobar, e quando te lo chiede glielo indichi)

Se poi lo usi da pc invece che da pendrive è ancora più veloce .
