problema hardware o virus?

da qualche giorno il mio pc da i numeri:
programmi che si bloccano, finestre pubblicitarie improvvise, mentre scrivo il cursore che sparisce, ma la cosa che più mi preoccupa è la visione di segmenti colorati sullo schermo e subito dopo schermata blu con conseguente riavvio o spegnimento.
potrebbe un virus o problema hardware o peggio tutti e due
che mi consigliate?

i sintomi che hai elencato potrebbero far pensare tanto a un problema di virus (i banner pubblicitari) quanto ad un più complesso problema hardware (artefatti su schermo e bluescreen)...

ti consiglio di fare innanzitutto una scansione con un buon antivirus (come avira)e un buon antispyware (spybot, ad-aware...) in modo da eliminare eventuali infezioni...

per la blue screen devi scriverci i codici che ti riporta in basso e la parte superiore (con una stringa in stampatello)...e allega anche i dump che trovi in C:\Windows\Minidump

in ogni caso...la blue screen ti capita frequentemente o raramente? appena accendi il pc o quando è già acceso da un po'? quando esegui qualche operazione particolare al pc o casualmente?

gia fatte delle scansioni con antivirus da cd live ,ma i problemi di blocco dei programmi e le finestre pubblicitarie persistono. per quando riguarda le schermate blu sono frequenti a pc freddo, cioè quando il pc è appena acceso, le schermate blu vanno via subito e non si riesce a vedere cosa è scritto

per leggere le blue screen fai così... vai in Pannello di controllo, sistema, scheda avanzate, Impostazioni in avvio e ripristino, togli il segno di spunta da riavvia automaticamente...

ora alla prima blue screen che ti comparirà il pc non si riavvierà e dovrai riavviarlo manualmente...così puoi leggere il contenuto della schermata... :D

installa malwaresbytes e fai una scansione, anche la rapida va bene.
vedrai quanta roba ti trova...
pulisci tutto, riavvia e vedrai che risolvi!
gli altri lascia perdere, io li ho provati tutti ma come malwaresbytes nessun altro!!

comunque con malwaresbytes ho risolto il problema delle aperture finestre pubblicitarie, quindi problema virus credo sia risolto.

il dump lo analizzo appena posso...

comunque comincia a testare la scheda video...prova nel pc un'altra scheda video sicuramente funzionante o (se presente) quella integrata nella mobo...

se con un'altra scheda video non ti escono più artefatti con blue screen dovrai cambiare scheda video...
