Ricevitore audio

Salve a tutti,
cerco un ricevitore audio bluetooth per collegare l'imac allo sterio.
Ho individuato questo prodotto della Belkin:

E' compatibile con l'imac da 27 modello 2010. Ha la tecnologia AD2P?

Perchè costa il doppio e non mi serve il wifi!
Funziona il Belkin secondo te? Oppure conosci un prodotto simile?

Io ho l'imac lontano dallo stereo e vorrei utilizzarlo per ascoltare la musica.

Apple indica esplicitamente il supporto via software (http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?path=Mac/10.6/it/5186.html). Essendo il tuo iMac l'ultima versione, si può presumere non ci siano problemi, ma prova a contattare il supporto Belkin, magari avranno più certezze da darti :)

Belkin mi ha detto di chiedere ad Apple...
Tra le caratteristiche del Belkin sta scritto AD2P, sul link che mi hai passato sta scritto A2DP. E' un errore?

Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP)
This profile defines how high quality audio (stereo or mono) can be streamed from one device to another over a Bluetooth connection.[1] For example, music can be streamed from a mobile phone to a wireless headset or car audio or from a laptop/desktop to a wireless headset.
A2DP was initially used in conjunction with an intermediate Bluetooth transceiver that connects to a standard audio output jack, encodes the incoming audio to a Bluetooth-friendly format, and sends the signal wirelessly to Bluetooth headphones that decode and play the audio. Bluetooth headphones, especially the more advanced models, often come with a microphone and support for the Headset (HSP), Hands-Free (HFP) and Audio/Video Remote Control (AVRCP) profiles.
A2DP is designed to transfer a uni-directional 2-channel stereo audio stream, like music from an MP3 player, to a headset or car radio.[2] This profile relies on AVDTP and GAVDP. It includes mandatory support for the low-complexity SBC codec (not to be confused with Bluetooth's voice-signal codecs such as CVSDM), and supports optionally: MPEG-1 , MPEG-2, MPEG-4, AAC, and ATRAC, and is extensible to support manufacturer-defined codecs, such as apt-X. Some Bluetooth stacks enforce the SCMS-T digital rights management (DRM) scheme. In these cases, it is impossible to connect certain A2DP headphones for high quality audio.

iPhone and iPod Touch: All iPhones support HFP and PBAP. Version 3.0 of the operating system added support for A2DP, limited AVRCP and PAN for iPhone 3G/3GS and iPod Touch 2nd/3rd generation only. iPod Touch 2g is now compatible with headsets that use the PAN profile.[3] Original iPhone (iPhone 2G) bluetooth chip can provide A2DP as well, but Apple decided not to enable it. However, A2DP can be enabled in a jailbroken iPhone 2G by a special utility.[4]

Mac OS X: As of version 10.5, Mac OS X includes native support for A2DP on Bluetooth-equipped Macs.[5] Version 10.4 does not support A2DP, but can be hacked to enable limited functionality.[6]

Non ho esperienza diretta del prodotto, quindi non ho certezze da darti purtroppo. Dopo una breve ricerca sul forum di supporto Apple, ho trovato questo (http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?messageID=12646736&#12646736).
