Problema con doppio modulo ddr3

Ciao a tutti, ho un problemino con il nuovo pc che ho assemblato per mio padre.
Quando monto entrambi i moduli di ram ddr3, il pc al boot, continua a riavviarsi. Se lascio solo un banco di ram tutto perfetto.

Provando singolarmente i due banchi di ram funzionano perfettamente entrambi.

Questa e' la ram: RAM DDR3 Kingston Valueram KVR1333D3N9K2/4G 1333MHz 4GB (2x2GB) CL9 1.5v
Questa la mb: Scheda Madre MSI G41M-P25 Sockel 775, 800/1066/1333 FSB, PCIe, LAN, USB, VGA, DVI, M-ATX 7592-040R

Idee? Mi sono perso qualcosa?

Hai provato a montarle in dual channel sugli altri due slot?

grazie per i consigli ma ho risolto resettando il cmos e automagicamente tutto e' andato a posto. Mi fa strano perche' non avevo toccato nessua impostazione del bios.
