come faccio ad unire due file video? esiste un programma che mi puo aiutare??

Video di che tipo, avi, mpeg, altro... stessa risoluzione, codifica audio ecc.?

Sono sia avi che mpeg!!! sono il primo e il secondo tempo di un film...

Beh, con Avidemux fai tutto selezionando copia sia in audio che video.
Ci sarebbero anche altri software pił specifici a seconda del formato

VirtualDub (&Mod) per gli avi,
MpegStreamClip per i Mpeg,
MkvMerge per gli mkv,
Yamb per gli mp4

ma in genere con Avidemux dovresti riuscire nell'unione.
