View Full Version : errore installazione sp2 vista

Ciao oggi stavo tentando di aggiornare vista al sp2... Apro il file di installazione e dopo che il programma crea il punto di ripristino, l'installazione si blocca dandomi questo errore "Parametro non corretto. Error_invalid_parameter (0x80070057 )" . Non riesco ad andare avanti. Cosa faccio? Grazie per l'aiuto.

successivamente prova ad aggiornamre sl SP2.

non riesco ad installare quell'aggiornamento a causa dello stesso errore ( 80070057 ). Ho notato che ho altri 10 aggiornamenti falliti a causa di quello stesso errore.

STEP 1: Install the latest update for Application Compatibility for Windows Vista and Windows 2008 and then install Service Pack 2.

STEP 2: Uninstall the Application Compatibility Update for Microsoft Windows Vista and Windows 2008, install Service Pack 2 and then install the latest update for Application Compatibility. To uninstall the update, follow the steps below:

1. Click on “Start” and then click on “Control Panel”
2. Under “Programs” section, click “Uninstall a Program”
3. In the Task List in the navigation pane, click on “View installed Updates”
4. Now click on “Update for Microsoft Windows (KB 972036)” and then click on “Uninstall”
5. Click on “Yes” when prompted for confirmation
6. Restart the computer when you are prompted for it.

nono capisco perfettamente che c'è scritto, mi daresti gentilmente il link per scaricare questo "Application Compatibility for Windows Vista and Windows 2008"? Ho vista 32bit.
Il secondo passaggio non posso farlo perchè non ho quell'aggiornamento ( KB 972036) installato.

Start - Esegui digita windowsupdate.log - ok

allega il log in formato .txt
