Vorrei formattarli e soppiantare Vista con Seven ... dove installo il sistema per voi?
Io avrei detto quello da 300GB opportunamente partizionato, ma la temperatura esagerata mi fa dubitare!

C' questo parametro invece che mi farebbe optare per il 300GB, ma potrebbe dipendere anche dall'utilizzo minore di questo HD.

Tasso di Errore Seek: indica eventuali errori nel posizionamento delle testine magnetiche sui dischi, che possono dipendere da usura del servo motore che controlla il braccio testine o, più semplicemente, eventuale dilatazione termica delle componenti. Tale valore deve rimanere basso e costante nel tempo poiché il suo incremento indica un peggioramento delle condizioni del disco.
