@Sacarde: ntfs-3g in effetti c'era già così come fuse mancava solo ntfs-config. Ho cmq messo nel comando di installazione anche questi due in modo tale che se non c'era lo installasse e se c'era lo aggiornasse se da aggiornare.

@niubbone24: i dischi funzionano perfettamente. Ho anche provato a passare da win per attaccarlo e staccarlo in maniera corretta ma non è cambiato nulla.
Ripeto che sia l'hd esterno che la partizione win interna al pc funzionano bene. Il problema è che solo root può montarle e smontarle cosa che prima non era.
