Il powerplay, che teoricamente dovrebbe tenermi la scheda in idle a 157/300/0.949...

Novità: rimesso Windows 7 a 32bit, ora va alla perfezione con i 9.10.

Sembra essere dovuto più ai driver che al powerplay in sè, quindi.
