Ciao,
ieri su avanzato ho comprato il Sansa Clip alla mia ragazza - con la sua carta di credito, stando attenti a compilare correttamente tutti i campi richiesti - ma oggi ecco l'email che gli è arriavata:
Order Update
Hi XXXX
We've updated the status of your order. Please find more details below.
Order Number: XXXXX
Detailed Invoice: https://www.advancedmp3players.co.uk/shop/account_history_info.php?order_id=XXXXXX
Date Ordered: Monday 02 November, 2009
Your order has been updated to the following status.
SECGuard deferred
Please reply to this email if you have any questions.
The comments for your order are
SECURITY INFORMATION REQUIRED TO DISPATCH YOUR ORDER.
Why am I being asked for security information? I thought my order would be dispatched straight away?
You are being asked for security information for one of the following reasons:
1. The address you entered as your "Cardholder" address was indicated to be either incorrect or incomplete by your Credit/Debit card company.
2. You have requested your order to be shipped to alternate private address which is not permitted.
3. You have ordered from an International address which requires additional security information.
We have to ensure that this information is correct to protect customers from Credit Card fraud.
Your order is currently being held awaiting completion of routine additional security checks. Consequently, in order to dispatch your order, we require the following details from you:
A copy of the top section of your Credit/Debit card statement (as received monthly through the post from your Credit/Debit card company); this should show the last four digits of your Credit/Debit Card number (please blank out the rest of the number) and your cardholder address together. We do not require to see any transactional data.
Example of the information we require: http://www.advancedmp3players.co.uk/publicftp/Misc/creditcard.jpg
What if I access my Credit/Debit Card statements online?
Please email us a screenshot of your online account. For security reasons, please ensure that only the last four digits of your credit/debit card number are visible.
PLEASE NOTE we cannot accept a picture of your credit card.
How do I send this to you?
Email a copy to us as a JPEG attachment by replying to this email (sales@advancedmp3players.co.uk). FAX a copy to us: 0131 273 4397 (or +44 131 273 4397 if you are calling from outside the UK)
Why do you need this information?
This information helps to validate that you are the authorised owner of the Credit/Debit card used to place this order and helps to prevent Credit/Debit card fraud. If you cannot supply this information, please kindly telephone us (0131 273 4388).
We are sorry about the inconvenience this may cause you. Please reply within 5 working days otherwise your order will be automatically cancelled and your Credit card refunded.
Consigli?
Grazie!
