Anzitutto si chiamano Tablet PC.
Se provi a cercare cosė puoi iniziare ad informarti ... per esempio partendo da qui (http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tablet_PC) (guarda anche i collegamenti esterni in fondo ;))
Non sono molto diffusi ma vi sono diversi modelli: questo (http://www.hwupgrade.it/news/portatili/tablet-pc-acer-aspire-timeline-1820p_30374.html) per esempio sta per uscire ...

Non so se mi sbaglio ma penso che quel multitouch si riferisca ad una funzione del TouchPad.
Puoi fare delle cose con le dita: ad esempio se vuoi zoomare un immagine basta mettere due dita sul pad ed allargarle, ecc.
