Io sono 10 mesi che aspetto un rimborso IVA da Apple... quando si tratta di sganciare i soldi ci metto una vita, non rispondono alle email di sollecito... adesso e' tutto in mano all'avvocato... che pena Apple da questo punto di vista della policy di customer care...
