Sui notebook c'è sempre questo slot per un' Express Card...
...ma a che serve?Che connessione è?

Ho visto che ci sono vari card reader, la scheda audio esterna della creative, adattatori wireless... ma qualcosa di più concreto?? :D

Ad esempio se io acquistassi un ssd da mettere nello slot Express Card avrebbe senso?Qual'è la velocità di trasferimento dati che l'express card permette?
Oppure...in futuro ad esempio, potrebbe essere utilizzato per inserire un adattatore per le nuove usb 3.0?

Ciao, l' Express Card e uno slot di espansione dei portatili ad esempio mettere schede di rete aggiuntive ,wirelless o schede audio o altro ancora.

Si, questo lo avevo capito cercando i dispositivi in vendita sui vari siti :)

Volevo meglio capire invece la velocità di comunicazione tra pc ed un dispositivo connesso tramite express card.

Esempi:
- un ssd Express Card ha le stesse prestazioni di un ssd comune oppure è "limitato" dal fatto di essere connesso tramite lo slot express card?

- Sarà possibilr sfruttare tutta la banda che forniscono le nuove usb 3.0 mediante un ipotetico adattatore Express card?

io l'ho sempre utilizzato con un modem HSDPA della Option prima e della Onda in seguito, per connettermi a internet in mobilità.
