Vuol dire che il gestore, ha i propri apparati nella centrale:)

Guarda, la mia esperienza è che vanno bene entrambi, sono confrontabili.

Ho avuto Libero ADSL in shared access (SA) e ora in ULL a Milano, nonché Libero ADSL in wholesale e ora Alice ADSL a Tolmezzo. Sempre soddisfatto.
