Creare uno zip splittato da riunire in windows. Come faccio?

Ciao a tutti,
devo inviare un file che è più grande del massimo ammesso dalle mie caselle di posta. Ho pensato di usare uno zip splittato in più parti, ma deve essere possibile riunirlo e decomprimerlo in ambiente windows. Come faccio? Mi potete aiutare?

Con zip non penso sia possibile (il comando zipsplit funziona solo con tanti file piccoli, ma non puo` splittare un file grande).

Pero` puoi usare gli ottimi p7zip o rar col parametro -v.

p7zip e` il pacchetto Linux corrispondente al 7Zip per Windows:
