1) che differenza c'e tra una 9800gt asus\zotac\gigabite
2)quale sarebbe meglio?

I tuoi prezzi sono leggermente alti. Io farei: mobo p5ql-e o asrock p45xe, procio e8400, ram corsair xms2 800Mhz 2x2GB, case antec three hundred, scheda video hd4850 (sarebbe sufficiente già la 4830, che è equivalente alla 9800gt e costa meno), ali corsair vx450, masterizzatore pioneer 216d-bk, hd seagate barracuda 7200.11 500GB 32MB (perchè ne hai messi 2 così? Li hai già?).
Mi sembra tutto risparmi e hai prestazioni anche superiori (vai su prokoo o ekey se vuoi il tot preciso, ma + o - sono 580€)
