Licenza FreeWare

Sto cercando un buon esempio di licenza freeware(non freesoftware).
In pratica che dica che il software è gratis e liberamente distribuile come si vuole ma che è coperto da copyright e quindi non è possibile modificarlo e ridistribuirlo modificato(ciò che permette la GNU).

Avete qualche esempio? Ho cercato ma vengono fuori solo licenze per software libero che ne permettono anche la modifica e ridistribuzione modificato.

Si infatti l'avevo trovata e stavo giusto cercando di modificarla un pochetto. :p

Secondo te visto che a me interessa solo che il codice non venga modificato e ridistruibuito come versione modificata, e che non mi appioppo nessuna responsabilità di danni causati dal software, cosa posso eliminare e/o modificare?

Ma se non metto nessun tipo di licenza automaticamente è come se fosse protetta da tutto?

Si tratta di un'estensione per firefox, vedo che molte non hanno nessun tipo di licenza, ma non capisco se in quel caso siano protette dalla modifica o no...

Io da piccolo avevo rilasciato un giochino con la licenza beerware :D Chiedevo a chi lo usava di farmi un brindisi con la prossima birra che beveva :asd:
