Ciao a tutti.
In pratica in un PC ne ho messi due sullo stesso canale IDE. Ovviamente uno settato in slave e uno in master. I film in DVD originali non me li legge perché dice che i lettori hanno la regione 1 impostata. Ho cercato nelle Proprietà hardware e Proprietà dell'unità e non trovo la scheda Regione DVD (SO Windows XP Professional SP3). All'improvviso la famigerata scheda compare su di uno solo, setto la regione 2 ma comunque i DVD con Windows Media Player me li vede malissimo, con VLC non partono proprio. Nel frattempo la scheda Regione DVD scompare proprio. Poi leggo che ci sono i firmware region free su internet e ho la fantastica idea di provarli. Ma al primo mi dà errore e si blocca.

Da notare il 0000 che mi inquieta. Non capisco la sintassi da usare. Io ho scaricato il firmware 1.09 dal sito ufficiale della Pioneer. Vi metto i risultati che ho avuto provando ad aggiornare il firmware:
