Che differenza c'è tra le 3 cose?
Ho dimenticaot qualcosa?
Come faccio a vedere se qualcosa è brevettato o no?

Per me:

copyright è il diritto di copiare un testo o un programma software
licenza è una licenza di USARE un prodotto, per esempio software
patent sembra indichi proprio "brevetto"
