ciao a tutti,
ho preso da circa 1 mese un pc hp pavilion m9495it
cpu intel quad Q9550 @ 2.83 GHz
4 giga di ram DDR2
MOBO Pegatron Benicia
scheda video nvidia geforce 9800 GT con 1024 mega di ram
SO: vista home premium x64
appena preso ho aggiornato vista col sp1 compresi gli ultimi aggiornamenti e i driver della scheda video (prima i 181.20 e poi i 181.22).
Con entrambi ogni tanto casualmente il pc si blocca completamente (schermo tastiera e mouse) e si riavvia (quasi mai mentre gioco, solitamente mentre navigo o addirittura mentre non sto facendo nulla!!).
premetto che installando i nuovi driver ho disinstallato i vecchi (quelli presenti di default sul sistema) facendo attenzione a eliminare eventuali tracce nel registro con driversweeper e ccleaner.
ho analizzato il minidump e dice che probabilmente il problema è causato dal driver nvlddmkm..
Ho letto su vari forum che il problema è comune ma che solitamente avviene mentre si gioca..
Premetto che ho testato ram, cpu e disco con il software in dotazione senza riscontrare problemi e che le temperature della GPU sono ok.
ho anche installato rivatuner downclockando il core clock e il memory clock della scheda video di 20 Mhz, ho aggiornato il BIOS della scheda madre all'ultima release ma nulla...
spero che qualcuno possa aiutarmi!!
