ho seguito la procedura linkata qui:

ma non capisco quali sono i tasti,li ho provati un po tutti ma non funziona! help

tieni premuti i pulsanti ok e quello con la bandierina mentre li tieni premuti infila il pennino sul pulsante soft reset il telefono si riavvia, ti chiederà se vuoi veramente formattare tutto, per formattare premi la cornetta verde... ed hai fatto.
