Problema con PunkBuster

Hola! ho un problema con il punkbuster [ credo ] .... in cod4 mi dice:
nick punkbuster permanenet ban issued on this gameserver for player "nick"... global punkbuster guid ban 60fbefe
con warrock mi viene fuori una finestra intitolata Hack Detected ke dice:
hooking protective api is detected ( 10301 )...qualche soluzione? :D grazie x ora :D
