svchost.exe infetti!!!

salve a tutti,

ho passato l'antivirus oggi e mi ha "rivelato" che due svchost.exe sono infetti, ma non li ho cancellati ne messi in quarantena, li ho ignorati perchè non vorrei che una modifica a questi files sia dannosa per il computer (cioè non vorrei che li cancello e non mi parte più il pc). ora: come si possono far guarire questi files? oppure: c'è un modo per rimpiazzarli, o eliminarli senza che diano disturbi al pc?????
