file zottel

buon giorno a tutti,
ma e' normale che nel mio sistema operativo ci siano file con una doppia estensione chiamata zottel??
Ho trovato file ..tipo......explorer.exe.zottel,cfmon.exe.zottel e anche tantissime dll!!!!!:confused:
Qualcuno sa cosa sono???
