salve ho un e7200 con p5q lisca e 2*1gb ddr2 800mhz cl.6 valueram kingston

il problema: a 380fsb si inchioda e devo riavviare

l'obiettivo: raggiungere i 4ghz stabili

Hai provato a partire con fsb a 400 (strap 400) e ram a 400 6-6-6-18 ?
prova a d alzare un pò il vcore se non ci riesci, magari il problema è solo quello, ma occhio alle temperature...a proposito sei ad aria o a liquido ?
hai un buon ali ?

Prova così. Aggiorna prima il bios alla versione 1406

Le tue ram non sono da overclock per cui vanno impostati i valori dichiarati da Kingston
