dreamscene su vista non ultimate

Ciao colleghi chiedo perdono se magari la domanda è stata gia fatta, qualcuno di voi ha provato questa pathc NonUltimateDreamScene.zip trovata a questo indirizzo http://www.italiasw.com/windows-vista-dreamscene-ci-siamo-e-stata-craccata/?

o mi consigliate qualche altro modo per installare questa funzione sul mio OS che è il vista home premium?

fossi in te non mi affannerei, io dreamscene ce l'ho, è implementato male e mangia cpu, inoltre te ne stanchi subito.

Ho installata la patch su vista 64bit e funziona benissimo (la versione per x64),solo che come ha già detto stetteo fa lavorare inutilmente cpu e gpu e non ne sento la necessità (praticamente non lo uso mai se non rare volte per fare lo sborone con gli amici.)

..oddio ma è così esoso di risorse sto dreamscene? cmq credo che si possa disabilitare quando serve...sicuramente non è un qualcosa di indispensabile sul computer ma solo un fatto estetico.
io ho un XPS con procio core duo 2 2.5ghz e schea video dedicata nvidia 8600 gt con ddr3 penso che possa supportare questo software. a una cosa ho un displey 1680x1050 da 15"

Il tuo hardware supporta benissimo il dreamscene e funzionerà egregiamente a qualsiasi risoluzione.
Certo che si può mettere in pausa ottenendo un'immagine fissa.
Personalmente non vedo il motivo,specialmente la notte (il mio pc è acceso 24/24 7/7) di fare lavorare inutilmente (anche se con una percentuale del 15/20%) l'hardware.

Dovrai essere proprietario di determinati file di sistema per poterli sostituire con altri,e dopo avere eseguito tutte le operazioni avrai il tuo dreamscene.

Occhio a non commettere errori altrimenti ti troverai un sistema con problemi.

Occhio a non commettere errori altrimenti ti troverai un sistema con problemi.

e cosa vuol dire quando dice "NOTE: Serve sempre la mui in inglese o la versione finale del ds"

Quando scarichi il pacchetto .zip c'è un file txt dove è spiegato tutto,rigorosamente in inglese...ovviamente..dovrai eseguire il file di batch come amministratore,dopodichè diventare proprietario di alcune dll da patchare edi una cartella in cui sostituirle.
Detto così sembra semplice,ma è un po' più complicato per che non è bene dentro a vista (come ottica).
Nessuna mui in inglese io la ho instalòlata su vista H.P. rigorosamente ita..

Accertati che il tuo portatile abbia una buona scheda video che,oltre a supportare aero e glass,si carichi del lavoro del dreamscene.

ehm nel file che ho scaricato io nn c'è nessun file txt con spiegazione.

Pensavo che il file bat sostituisse direttamente quei file

Right click on InstallDreamScene.bat and select “Run as Administrator” to install Windows DreamScene on your non-Ultimate version of Vista. Answer “Y” to continue. You can also open elevated command prompt with administrator rights and type InstallDreamScene.bat to execute the batch script.
Restart your computer.
Note: Apparently you can still download the patched version of DreamScene somewhere, however, most is offering incorrect version of install script, which was fixed in second edition. If you encounter problem, simply follow manual method below. Non-English version try to install English language pack.

Voila, your system now will run DreamScene without paying hefty Ultimate price. If you prefer to manually to install the patched DreamScene DLL files, here’s the step-by-step guide:

Download the patched DreamScene files as above and unpack to a folder.
Copy DreamScene.dll to %WinDir%\System32\ folder.
Copy DreamScene.dll.mui to %WinDir%\System32\en-US\ folder.
In Windows Explorer, navigate to %WinDir%\System32\ folder.
Right click on themecpl.dll file, and click on Properties on right click menu.
Select the Security tab, then click Advanced.
Subsequenly select the Owner tab, click Edit button. Press Continue (or log in if you’re not Administrator) on any User Access Control prompt.
Select your Vista logon user name, then click OK button. Then click OK in any dialog window that pops up, and press OK again at Advanced Security Settings window.
On Security tab, click the Edit button. Press Continue (or log in if you’re not already an Administrator) on User Access Control prompt.
Click Add button, and click on Advanced button. Next press Find Now button, and then select your logged on user name. Press OK when done.
Click OK again on Select Users or Groups dialog.
On Permissions for themecpl.dll window, highlight your user name, and check the box next to “Full Control” under “Allow” column. Hit OK when done, and confirm any message. Click OK twice to exit from ownership taking process.

Anch'io la provai tanto tempo fa su Vista Home Basic e funziona, ma di per sé è davvero inutile: come ha detto stetteo te ne stanchi subito! E dopo averla provata per 5 min. la disattivi e te ne dimentichi per sempre (e fai il ripristino di sistema!).
Solo il fatto di dover sostituire file di sistema con versioni patchate dovrebbe far riflettere su questioni di sicurezza...

ok salvo il punot di ripristino , devo farlo nel pc della mia ragazza ho fatto un tentativo lanciando il bat e riavviato ma nelle impostazioni per lo sfondo nn appare come in Ultimate la possibilità di scegliere i video .

Cosa ho sbagliato? :rolleyes: tra l altro ho notato che i video mpg che ho scaricato nn vengono letti da wmp nel suo pc nel mio ultimate si :muro: .

La procedura che hai pubblicato nn dice solo come farla manualmente?Per quel poco che capisco di inglese ho capito così:)
