problema tastiera microsft: tasti in contemporanea

Ieri mi è arrivato il Wireless Laser Desktop 6000 v3.

Tutto ok, però quando ho iniziato a giocare a PES...il PROBLEMA.

Premendo contemporaneamente freccia bassa+freccia destra, non mi è possibile utilizzare i tasti Q e W (nessun problema con tutte le altre lettere).

E' una cosa normale? Diversamente, come si può risolvere?

Non è un fatto di incompatibilità tastiera-software, perché lo stesso problema c'è anche sul NOTEPAD (etc.).

Devo dedurre che sia un problema della tastiera, ma non della mia tastiera, ma proprio di questo NUOVO modello della Microsoft. Sono molto deluso.

to delete all previous Keybord's drivers and reinstall the present correct driver. After that, I would contact Microsoft or, if not sadisfided, I would return the Keyboard for a refund.
