Misurato consumo del Pc..

Ciao,oggi mi è venuto in mente di prendere il tester digitale e di fare qualche prova;La config è quella in firma + un UPS da 500VA
Allora solo con l'UPS acceso si avevano 0,17A (a PC spento carica la batteria)
Con Pc in IDLE 0,66A
in Full con 3Dmark06 il picco massimo è stato 0,93A
Ora la formula W=VxI non può essere applicata xk trattasi di corrente alternata e bisognerebbe calcolare il coefficente di sfasamento ma all'incirca non cambia molto.Se avevo 225V il PC in Full consumerebbe circa 210W...Ma se si stà sempre a dire che sono mangia corrente,che se nn hai minimo un alimentatore da 5/600W non stai sicuro...:D Questa è la conferma che il mio Enermax da 400W (430 picco) basta e avanza x una config normale,Senza SLI,Raid a 4 Hdd ecc.
Voi avete mai provato?

Our three sample systems show that few if any people actually need anything more than 850W power supply, especially if you can get an appropriate number of connectors. About the only reason you should consider anything more is if you want to keep your power supply at a lower load, since optimal efficiency and lower noise levels usually come at around half the rated output. Overclockers might also want a bit of extra headroom. Otherwise, there's really no need for a 1000W power supplies, and certainly not those with even higher ratings.

Using these, you can easily compare your own system to see what sort of efficiency and noise you would get. You might be surprised to learn that your intended high-end setup really won't make much use of that spiffy new 1000W PSU; you might be greener than you think!
