Salve a tutti,

Ho un problema nel chiudere windows xp (sp3): alla chiusura mi rimane bloccato sulla scritta "chiusura di windows in corso" e anche aspettando molto tempo rimane acceso.
Ho provato ad aggiornare i driver della scheda madre e video ma il risultato non cambia.
Qualcuno che mi puņ aiutare?:help: :help:
