ATF Cleaner+Kaspersky non fungono

Ciao ragazzi, questo problema è riferito ad un pc offline da tempo, ma il fatto che le due applicazioni non si avviino mi fa sospettare che abbia un ospite che tutti gli altri antivirus non sono riusciti a stanare (scangui, Drweb, Trendmicro, Bitdefender...). CCleaner invece gira, così come Mbam.
Avete idea di cosa possa essere? In ogni caso proverò Hijack...

Giusto, Kaspersky è il Virus Removal Tool setup_7.0.0.242_18.09.2008_11-53.exe
Nessun antivirus residente, ho tolto tutto anche perchè è un computer offline da tempo. Il sistema operativo è XP SP1.
