SYMPTOMS
On a computer that is running Windows Server 2008 or Windows Vista Service Pack 1, you execute the Create method on the Win32_Share class. When you do this, memory corruption may occur in the Wmiprvse.exe process. Therefore, the Wmiprvse.exe process may exit unexpectedly.

This behavior may cause an unexpected error code to be returned from Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) calls that are made in other applications. Additionally, other unexpected behavior may occur.

e al momento il link per la versione vista sp1 io non lo vedo -.-

Scarica e installa quello per Server 2008.
Non lo sapete che buona parte del kernel di Vista == Win 2008 Server?

In ogni caso non puoi mai sbagliare: se tu scaricasssi e tentassi di installarne uno inappropriato si rifiuterebbe.
