View Full Version : reinstallato ubuntu perso win

ho un pc con os:
sda1:win xp
sda2:swap
sda3:slackware
sda4:ubuntu8.04

siccome avevo problemi che non riuscivo a risolvere su ubuntu ho dovuto formattare e reinstallare e ho fatto cosi: inserito il cd sono andato sul partizionamento e ho scelto manuale sono andato sulla sda4 ho spuntato la voce formatta e come file system ext3
riavviato,ora ubuntu non mi da piu problemi,slack funziona ancora ma win xp no.
quando da grub tento di entrare mi da error 17 cannot mount selected partition.
C'è qualcuno che sa aiutarmi a venirne a capo?

un altra cosa prima quando win xp funzionava grub me lo dava come windows xp ora invece me lo scrive come Linux non so se puo aiutare

Posta il risultato di
sudo fdisk -l
e il contenuto di /boot/grub/menu.lst della distro in cui hai installato grub (ubuntu credo).

In effetti sembra averti sputtanato la entry di windows
