Problema con conversione e sincronia

Ciao a tutti..ho bisogno del vostro aiuto..c'è qualcuno che sa spiegarmi perchè quando converto un file da .VOB ad .AVI con Canopus Procoder, regolarmente acquistato, il video e l'audio del nuovo file .avi non sono più sincronizzati...
