se posso permettermi bella traduzione, anche se How're you doing è un pò colloquiale, ma il contesto è adatto. :)

decisamente la prima, ma eviterei la ripetizione di "your relatives". Metti direttamente il tuo nome e quello dei tuoi famigliari
