A parte la totale inutilità della cosa, c'è scritto nei commenti al video:
In the PC version there is a directory 'cars' and subdirectory 'bmw'. There is the file 'bmw.csv'. Within that file is a long list of numbers separated by comma's. By using some logical thinking I figured out what some of the numbers mean and I changed them.E.g. the fourth value is the weight of the car. The 18th value is the start of the power curve. When you search further in the file you find 'Rear', if you change it in 'Four' you have 4Wheel drive.
Behind that 'Rear' value, are the gear ratios. First value is reverse gear, next 6 value's are 1st, 2nd etc. gear.
Then there is also a file 'tyregrip.csv'. Simply replacing al '100' values to '900' will do the trick. Cornering however becomes tricky because also sideways you have enormous grip: causing easy flipover's.
Anyway, it's a lot of fun fooling around with these things. It's a very nice game.

no, ma avresti scritto un titolo chiaro e riportato la descrizione inglese chiedendo di tradurre...invece di un blando "come si fa?" (come si fa...COSA?) e un link su youtube.
Volendo esistono millemila traduttori.
