Come facci l'Aggiornamento del Bios della Insyde?

Salve a tutti.. Quanlcuno mi puo dire come faccio ad aggiornare il mio bios della Insyde?? HO guardato i dettagli tramite il programma Everest e mi manda a un sito di una societa facendomi solo l'analisi e per ordinare il bios nuovo vogliono che paghi..il bios è gratuito giusto?Mi dite come devo fare?? In allegato vi do i dettagli che everest da del mio bios.. Il pc E' un packard bell EasynoteM3301 (?, nn sono sicuro al 100%)ma mi sembra questo. La mia scheda madre è:

no non c'è nulla li per aggiornare il mio bios.. sotto la voce bios firmware c'è solo il firmware per il lettore dvd... HELP
