[debian 4.0 r2 etch x86]Amule crasha

Ciao, sul mio Pentium 4 1800 ho messo su Win XP Pro Sp3 e una Debian 4.0 R2 Etch [kernel 2.6.18-486], premetto che tutto funziona eccetto amule. Non riesco ad avviarlo dal menu "applicazioni-internet-amule" ma solo da terminale. Una volta fatto ciò aspetto un pò e crasha tutto, ecco cosa mi dice il terminale:

Se ne parlava tempo fa nel debian clan ci sono incongruenze tra librerie grafiche. Quale versione di amule hai provato, quella dai repo? Prova magari le cvs, ma penso che ci sia poco da fare, bisogna sperare negli sviluppatori, anche se il progetto è un po' incasinato.

Esistono le versioni cvs di amule fai una breve ricerca da google e vedrai che trovi i sorgenti, te li compili e installi. Anche se penso che ci sia poco da fare, per quell'errore.

Se non hai voglia di compilare installa emule su wine che funziona benissimo.
