HELP : ntndis.exe - è un virus o simile ?

Da quando ho installato il Panda Internet Security 2008, all'avvio del PC mi trova come "Minaccia Sconosciuta" il seguente file :

c:\windows\system32\drivers\ntndis.exe

è un virus oppure qlc virus ha infettato quel file ?

E' capitato la stessa cosa a qlc1 ?

Dovrebbe essere un bel Worm tanto per avere la certezza fallo scansionare su www.virustotal.com e http://virusscan.jotti.org/
